Jiivaastro Academy's courses are designed for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Our enrollment forms do not solicit information from minors and our marketing is not directed at children.

If you believe that a minor has submitted personal data to us without parental consent, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 13. We will investigate and, if confirmed, delete that information without delay.

We treat the security of your personal information with the same rigour we bring to preserving ancient wisdom. The measures we have in place include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption on all pages of our website.
• Access controls limiting who within our organisation can view personal data, on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Payment card data processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store card numbers.
• Regular security reviews of our hosting infrastructure and third-party service providers.
• Bot-prevention technology (Cloudflare Turnstile) on all public forms to block automated abuse.
