Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated enrollment agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Course, completing a registration form, making a payment, or accessing any Content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization or a minor, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment or use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify enrolled students of material changes via the contact details provided at registration.

Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment in a Course is subject to availability and the Academy's acceptance of your application. The Academy reserves the right to decline any enrollment at its discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation of your enrollment without refund.
• Each enrollment is for a single named individual. Course access, login credentials, and learning materials are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing your access credentials with any third party is prohibited and may result in termination of your enrollment without refund.
• Access to live sessions and recorded content is granted for the period specified at the time of enrollment. The Academy does not guarantee indefinite access to any material.
• Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, internet connectivity, and environment required to participate in live or recorded sessions.

Fees and Payments

All Fees applicable to a Course are disclosed to you prior to enrollment. By proceeding with payment, you confirm your agreement to pay the stated amount under the stated terms.

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. International students may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their payment provider.
• Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment, unless a structured installment plan has been expressly agreed in writing with the Academy prior to enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of cleared funds. The Academy is not liable for any access delays arising from payment processing times.
• The Academy reserves the right to revise Course Fees at any time. Revised fees apply only to new enrollments and do not affect existing paid enrollments.
• Applicable taxes, including GST where required under Indian law, will be added to the Course Fee at the time of payment.

Refund Policy

The Academy is committed to delivering high-quality education and mentorship. We offer a conditional refund policy as described below.

1. Eligibility window: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy within 7 calendar days of the date of enrollment confirmation.
2. Content access threshold: To be eligible for a refund, no more than 20% of the total Course content must have been accessed or consumed at the time of the request.
3. Submission method: Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@jiivaastro.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Course Name]" and your enrollment confirmation details.
4. Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of written confirmation of approval to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable items: Registration processing fees, any physical materials dispatched, and fees for Combination Package add-ons that have been individually activated are non-refundable.
6. Discretionary consideration: In exceptional circumstances (serious illness with supporting documentation, bereavement), the Academy may at its sole discretion consider requests outside the standard window. Such decisions are final.

The Academy does not offer refunds for change of mind after the 7-day window, schedule conflicts, failure to attend live sessions, or dissatisfaction with outcomes not attributable to a material failure in course delivery.

Intellectual Property

All Content provided by Jiivaastro Academy is the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy and its faculty.

• Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal study and professional development.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, re-sell, broadcast, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of the Academy.
• Recording live sessions by any means is strictly prohibited without the Academy's prior written permission.
• The Academy's name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used by students in any context without written authorization.

Student Conduct

Jiivaastro Academy fosters a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior directed at any faculty member, staff member, or fellow student in any format.
• Disrupting live sessions or interfering with the learning experience of other students.
• Submitting false assessments, plagiarism, or any other form of academic dishonesty.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other students' accounts, or any Academy systems.
• Using Academy resources or the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Making defamatory, misleading, or false statements about the Academy, its faculty, or its programs in any public forum.

Certification

Upon successful completion of a Course, including all required assessments, attendance requirements, and any practical components, students will receive a Jiivaastro Academy Certificate of Completion for the relevant modality.

• Certificates are issued in the name of the enrolled student and are non-transferable.
• The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where a student has not met the required completion standards or where a conduct breach has occurred.
• Certificates reflect the student's completion of the Academy's curriculum as designed. The Academy makes no representation that a certificate guarantees employment, income, or any specific professional outcome.
• The Academy may revoke a certificate if it is subsequently found that the student obtained it through misrepresentation or academic dishonesty.

Privacy and Data

The Academy collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by students in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of enrollment administration, course delivery, communication, and certification.
• The Academy will not sell or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• By enrolling, you consent to the Academy contacting you regarding your enrollment, course progress, upcoming programs, and related communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

Jiivaastro Academy delivers its courses and mentorship with professionalism and care. However, the Academy cannot guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from enrollment.

• The Academy's total liability to any student in connection with any Course shall not exceed the total Fees paid by that student for the relevant Course.
• The Academy is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income, business opportunity, or data, arising in connection with any Course or the Platform.
• The Academy is not liable for any interruption to Course access resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or events outside the Academy's reasonable control.
• The Academy is not responsible for any decisions made by students in their professional practice based on knowledge gained through Academy courses. Students bear sole responsibility for their client interactions and consulting activities.

Termination

• By the Student: A student may withdraw from a Course at any time. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy in Section 05. Withdrawal does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
• By the Academy: The Academy may terminate a student's enrollment immediately and without refund in cases of conduct breaches (Section 07), non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of any material term of this agreement.
• Course discontinuation: In the unlikely event the Academy discontinues a Course mid-delivery, enrolled students will receive a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion, calculated by the Academy in good faith.

Upon termination of enrollment for any reason, the student's access to the Platform and all Course Content will be revoked. Any obligation to pay outstanding Fees remains enforceable following termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
